PLACING ORDER
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how to order and get your next digital asset:
- Select the item(s) on the website or fill the order form to place your order
- Our Dispatch Team will call you within 15–30 minutes of placing your order to confirm the details
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning from 8:30 AM
- Clients outside Nairobi will be required to pay upfront before items can be shipped

- Prices are VAT Exclusive.
Delivery Schedules
- Payment: Clients outside Nairobi & immediate environs must pay upfront before shipping
- Pay on delivery only within Nairobi & immediate environs
- Same-day delivery in Nairobi for orders placed before 3:00 PM
- Next-day delivery countrywide
Manufacturer Warranty
A manufacturer warranty is a guarantee or promise made by a manufacturer to repair or replace a product
within a specified period if it develops a fault or fails to perform as intended due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Clients must take warranty items to the manufacturer warranty center in person for faster service
- Carry a copy of your receipt/order
- Directions can be provided by Roadmap Tech Computers upon request
- Roadmap is not liable if the manufacturer declines warranty
- Battery life for brand-new laptops is covered only by the manufacturer
Other Warranty Terms
- All ExUK/ExUS laptops and desktops have a 6-month user warranty for motherboards
- No warranty on laptop chargers unless reported defective within 24 hours of delivery
- No warranty on screens after testing in-store
- No warranty on keyboards after 1 month or if damaged due to spillage

After-Sale Service
- Can be provided upon request depending on the number of units purchased
- Units requiring installation beyond 1 hour will be billed
- 6 months of free after-sale support including collection & drop-off by our riders
- Our delivery team is trained and can assist with setup upon delivery
N/B: Possession of this document acknowledges that you’ve read and accepted both the General T&Cs and category-specific T&Cs.
Any units with less than a 1-year warranty are, by default, not brand-new products.
How To Claim Warranty
ClaimSubmission Process:
- Contact the sales numbers in the contact section during working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- If issues can’t be resolved remotely, clients must bring the unit(s) to the shop
- Clients outside Nairobi may use the nearest Wells Fargo courier office to send the unit
- Courtesy laptops may be provided during diagnosis/repair
- No unit will be received for warranty without the Warranty Card or receipt
Claim Verification and Evaluation:
- All laptops come with a warranty seal; units without a seal will not be accepted
- Request the salesperson to show the warranty seal at purchase
Warranty Coverage/Scope:
- Defective units beyond exchange period will be handled under a job card as per product T&Cs
- Refer to the product category for specific warranty/exchange details
- Warranties do NOT cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Damage from electrical surges (evidenced by burnt chips/ICs)
