Return Policy

Dear Customer,

Please ensure you go through the return policy as it’s applicable to all products purchased from
Roadmap Tech Computers.

• A defective brand-new product caused by manufacturing defects must be reported and returned within 1 day from the date of delivery.
• No returns will be accepted on products sold/delivered as sealed since Manufacturer Warranty applies
• Clients outside Nairobi can return items at our cost if a wrong product was delivered

Refund Policy

1. A full refund can be issued on the following grounds for deliveries outside Nairobi:
   • a) Product defective upon delivery having been paid upfront
   • b) The defect in (a) above must be reported within 1 day of receiving the item.
2. No refund on items that were delivered and confirmed to be in working condition upon delivery
3. No refunds on brand-new items, as Manufacturer Warranty applies
